Milton (Son of Nelly, a negro man emancipated by the last will and Testament of Richard Sandidge dec.d of record in the said office. This day made application to be registered according to Law; It is therefore certified to all) whom it may concern, that the said Milton is about five feet nine inches high, about Twenty one years old, a bright mulatto straight and well made, has a scar on the joint of the finger next to the little finger, where it joins the hand of the right hand, his hair inclined to be bushy-no other apparent mark or scar deemed worthy of notice
