In Louisa County Court Clerks Office September the 8.th 1831
Andrew Jackson, son of Louisa, emancipated by the Last Will and testament of Richard Sandidge dec.d or record in the said office, was this day brought into the said office, to be registered according to Law, it is therefore certified to all whom it may concern, that the said Andrew Jackson is a boy of very bright complexion nearly white, about Three feet and an inch high, has straight hair, and about five years old, no apparent mark or scar deemed worthy of notice
