My dear Sir:
I have received your letter of October 15th and am sending it on to Mr. Dillard with a strong plea to him that he will help you people. Of course I am not sure that he has any funds on hand at present that he can give to you, but I am hopeful that he can find a way within the next few months to give you people some substantial assistance. I will let you know what he says.
With all good wishes, I am
Very truly yours,
