You have the authority to bind orphan children using the Stats Form for white children and making stipulations in regard to Education and amount to be received by the person bound at the expiration of the indenture. Such as sums to yourself advisable charge 50 ct. for _______________ the papers. // Papers forwarded within office will hereafter be ______ on the 1st fold. [signed] T. Frank P. Crandon, Capt. Supt.
